Wandering through the dense forests of the mind, alone and unarmed,

Waiting to find light amidst the dark clouds that charmed

The droplets of rain that fell on my face,

Adorned me like a lovely pearl necklace

I wasn’t alone, you were always there,

Seeing you smile was such a pleasant surprise,
